Customer satisfaction is our main goal at Hybrid Core. We value you as a customer and strive for your complete satisfaction. However, there may be times when you need to return your instore or online purchases. Our seven (7) day return policy assists you in returning your purchase products.
You may return your unused products only if it is defective or damaged during shipping and not simply due to mind change.
Here is how to return a product:

Products purchase in-store should be returned to the service desk at Hybrid Core Auckland.
Customers are required to provide their Order Number to enable us to begin the return autorisation.
Items should be returned in the same condition it was purchased within seven (7) days of the original purchased date. We will not be able to accept any items as returns if the product has been removed from its original packaging.
If the product appears to be damaged during shipment you would need to contact us within two (2) days of receiving the items to enable us to resolve the issue. Products that have failed under normal use are eligible for return and it will be covered under our warranty policy.
If the product is defective, the customer is required to perform a trouble code (OBDII) scanning test and inform the test results to Hybrid Code including the vehicles VIN, date and name of the shop or business the test was performed. Hybrid Core will verify the scanning codes. We will send you a pre-paid return label and will ship you a replacement product at no additional cost if the product is proved defective.
As a quality assurance measure of our products, we ship it in a unique shipping carton. This carton should be used whenever products are shipped back to us on return. It is also the responsibility of the customer to suitably package the return item in our unique carton. A proportionate value for any damages or missing parts of the return product will be charged from the customer.
