Can I order online and install at store?
Yes, we at Hybrid Core offer the in store installation service. We are unable to deliver the products within the Auckland region.
Are there any extra fees or charges in store installation service?
Yes, The customer will have to pay an installation charge. This charge may be differ depending on the vehicle type and model.
Is the installation charges a fixed cost?
No, the installation charges vary according to the type of the vehicle.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We try our best to dispatch your order promptly. Please allow at two (2) to five (5) working days for delivery. However, delivery time is subject to stock availability, this period may be extended by up to twenty (20) days.
Can I cancel my order once I have received a confirmation email?
Generally, once the order is dispatched you will not be able to cancel your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Flat rate of 100 NZD will be charged for shipping.
How can I track my online order delivery?
We will inform you confirmation by email including the tracking number, when the order is dispatched.
Can someone else collect my order?
For customer protection, the person specified on the order needs to collect the products from the store and will require appropriate Identification.
What is the warranty period?
The warranty period varies with the product and will be indicated on the original order/receipt

Where do I return a product?
You have the option of shipping the product or carrying it to our store. If you choose to ship the product you will need to use the unique carton that the original product was packaged.
What is Core (security) Deposit?
This is a deposit of 750 NZD that we charge the customer only during online shopping. We will refund this deposit when we receive the old battery, which should be shipped back to us using the same unique carton that comes with the purchased product.
How long will it take to get my Core (security) Deposit?
We will process the deposit as soon as we receive old battery within 30 days of the purchase of the new battery.
Can I receive my Core Deposit to another account?
Sorry, we process the core-deposit only to the same account details that was originally used for the purchase
